Accessibility statement

We want everyone to be able to use this portal. It is built to work with a keyboard, a screen reader and zoom, with labelled form fields and clear colour contrast. Passkeys can be used with a phone, a security key or the device's own unlock, and we can help you sign in another way if a passkey does not work for you.

Where we fall short

We have tested the portal ourselves, but it has not been audited by an outside accessibility specialist. Stripe's payment page is provided by Stripe.

Tell us about a problem

If you find something hard to use, or need information in another form, email support@clarwyn.co.uk. We will reply within 5 working days and, where we can, fix the problem or give you another way to get the help you need.

This is a small private business, so the public sector accessibility regulations do not apply to us, but we aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.2 level AA. If you are not happy with our reply, you can contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (equalityadvisoryservice.com).
