Something not working? Tell us what is wrong. For £29, including all taxes, we spend up to 30 minutes working out what the problem is and sends you a plain-English report within about 2 working days.

2. Pay £29

Secure card payment with Stripe. If we cannot diagnose it, you get the £29 back in full.

3. Get your report

If it needs fixing, you get a quote. The £29 comes off the price if you accept within 14 days.

We create your account and email you a one-time sign-in link. No password needed. You can sign in again later the same way to follow your request.
